The Townhall Lettings Access Scheme
Project summary
The Townhall Lettings Access Scheme assists you with the cost of moving into privately-rented accommodation. We can provide an interest-free loan to cover the rent deposit and (if necessary) the first month’s rent. There is also help through a deposit bond scheme.
The Single Homelessness Service aims to help find suitable stable accommodation and it can signpost clients into the Townhall Lettings Access Scheme.
