Project summary

At Reach the People Charity, our specialist Homeless Service helps people break the cycle of homelessness by achieving independence and safeguarding themselves from future risk.

Clients

Who is eligible?

The client group for this scheme will be homeless or at risk of homelessness single male and female refugees aged 19+ who are not in priority need.

• Assessment of client needs
• Information packs provided on the local area
• Tenancy support service
• Practical support for tenants (e.g. advice on setting up tenancy/deposit)
• Deposit guarantee
• Client support plan
• Assistance with application for community care grants and budgeting loans
• Referrals to funiture projects
