Project summary

Trident Reach’s Homeless Services offers supported housing for single homeless people within Sandwell. Supported accommodation is available for both men and women who are aged 18 and over and are at risk of homelessness.

Trident Reach’s specialist Homeless Services help people break the cycle of homelessness by supporting them to become independent and to safeguard themselves from future risk.

Client services

We offer a programme of support tailored to meet people’s individual needs, including emergecy beds, supported housing, employment and skills training, and wrap-around support for complex needs.

We work with our customers to build the skills and resilience that can help prevent homelessness.
