Staff Litter Pick at Lloyd's Park

A few weeks ago, our Skylight Eco Working Group organised a litter pick for any staff and volunteers that wanted to join. We chose Lloyd's park in Croydon and the afternoon picking up rubbish.

We had arranged it to coincide with 'Love Parks' week, a week of events organised by local councils and Keep Britain Tidy to celebrate parks and inspire people to get outside and take care of their green spaces.

It was a really rewarding and mindful thing to do, and a chance for us to give back to our local community while doings something in the fresh air together.
