"My journey with Crisis began with my own experience of homelessness. Crisis helped me pick up the pieces, re-enter society, they even guided me to a new journey at university. I owe a lot to the kindness of everyone I had the pleasure of interacting with at my local Crisis Skylight."  
 
"There was never any doubt in my mind concerning giving back to Crisis in any way that I could. Once I was no longer a member I started volunteering on the Crisis reception. This gave me the opportunity to give back to Crisis and help maintain the warm and welcoming environment I had always enjoyed on my own visits to the centre."  
 
"When a new person walks in for the first time, I enjoy the feeling of knowing they are finally in the best place to relaunch their lives, and that every effort will be made by the incredible staff to provide them with the help, understanding, and guidance they need and deserve.
