Project summary

The Private Rent and Support service helps clients who have no statutory rights to social housing access accommodation in the private rented sector in Exeter and the surrounding area.

Who is eligible?

People considered to be homeless or threatened with homelessness who are not in priority need, they must have a local connection to the area

  • Signposting to training opportunities
  • Access to shower and laundry facilities

How are referrals made

Through St Petrock's Centre, St Petrock's Prison and PORCH Teams, Exeter Street Homeless Outreach Team, Exeter City Council Move on Panel.
