In This Together emergency campaign

People facing homelessness are being hit especially hard by this outbreak of coronavirus. We are determined to be there for those who are most vulnerable at this time and we can only do that if we pull together.

What is Crisis doing?

  • We are keeping our services running: Our dedicated frontline workers are committed to provide advice and support at this time, while adapting the way we work to meet the needs of people experiencing homeless, like using phones and remote technology when it’s not safe to meet face to face.
  • We are supporting the homelessness sector: This campaign will raise funds for homelessness services to support them in protecting homeless people who could be hit hard by this outbreak - whether that's Crisis services or those of grassroots, local homelessness charities who are struggling. This is a time to support each other, so we have already set up an emergency grants scheme and committed £250,000 of our own money to it.
  • We are calling on the Government to do more to protect homeless people: Along with other homelessness charities, we have published an open letter to the Prime Minister calling for self-contained accommodation to allow people experiencing homelessness to self-isolate, and a comprehensive plan to support people facing homelessness.

How can corporate partners support?

  • Donate to the campaign: Help us provide vital services to those who are most vulnerable at this time, through donating to the campaign here.
  • Share the campaign: Please do share this campaign with your networks, colleagues and friends so we can reach as many people as possible. If you’re able to share the campaign more widely through any media or advertising channels you may have access to, please get in touch with us.
  • Gift-in-kind donations of items/services: If you'd like to support Crisis’ efforts during this time by making a donation of goods or services, we’d love to hear from you. Get in touch today at corporatepartnerships@crisis.org.uk
  • Volunteer your time: Due to the recent government announcement, this is an area we are currently reviewing and developing and will be sharing updates on volunteering opportunities when these are available.

If you'd like to get in touch about any of the above, or have any questions about how you can support at this time, please get in touch with us at corporatepartnerships.org.uk
