Mint Velvet supports Crisis on #GivingTuesday

We’re delighted to have had the support of British womenswear brand Mint Velvet this Christmas as part of Giving Tuesday, a day of global giving in December. Mint Velvet chose to donate £10 for every order made on the day, and encouraged customers to donate directly by highlighting the partnership on social media.

As well as this, Mint Velvet also generously donated brand-new clothing items on behalf of their social influencers for people facing homelessness this Christmas. These will be distributed to anyone in need of new, warm clothing at our temporary London centres this Christmas, as across our 11 Skylight centres across the UK.

Thank you to everyone at Mint Velvet for your generosity and support this Christmas!

If you are interested in learning more about how your business can support Crisis, please get in touch with at corporatepartnerships@crisis.org.uk to find out how you can get involved.

About Mint Velvet:

Founded in 2009, Mint Velvet is for modern women who want stylish, flattering and versatile clothes – the sort that you can just slip on, even on the busiest days. Founders Liz, Lisa and Jane began their journey at Liz's kitchen table over cups of fresh mint tea, discussing their idea for a brand that would balance relaxed dressing with glamorous style, creating the sort of pieces they themselves wanted to wear. Fast forward to 2020 and our lives have changed dramatically, with many of us working and holidaying at home, so our wardrobes have had to follow suit – never before has the Relaxed Glamour take on dressing been more apt.
