Icebreaker Parliament Hill

Join a cold-water challenge at Parliament Hill Icebreaker in 2026.

Join the Crisis Icebreaker for a community cold water dip at one of London’s favourite lidos. Whether you’ll be feeling the freeze for the first time, or regularly swim in winter, everyone is welcome to make a splash, to help end homelessness.    

The session will start with a safety briefing and will be followed by hot drinks and a raffle.  

The Icy Dip

First time facing the freeze? Swim a 60m length, you’ll be doing it with a community of Icebreakers braving the cold together. 

Team Relay (4x60m)

Enter as a team of 2-4 people and complete 4 x 60m lengths of the pool. This is a great option if you’re already part of a swim club and are acclimatised to cold water swimming.

Inflatable Swim  

BYOI = Bring Your Own Inflatable. Whether it’s a floating unicorn, inflatable avocado or a classic rubber ring, complete a 60m length of the pool without your feet touching the bottom. This entry is best suited to those used to cold water swimming.
