Crisis Skylight South Yorkshire is working hard to provide support to our members. We are still here to help.
We are providing most support remotely through phones or on-line where possible. Because of the risks to people who may have underlying health needs our buildings are closed or have very restricted access.

Activities timetableEvery year we work with thousands of people to help them rebuild their lives and leave homelessness behind for good. How we can help depends on someone's needs and situation.
One of our friendly experts will spend time with you to work out what you need. We could help you with:
Our volunteers support us in our goal to end homelessness by encouraging and motivating members in our classes and helping them to build confidence, supporting our members to manage and sustain their tenancy or helping behind the scenes to ensure our team can do their job. Our volunteers time matters and they are an inspiration to all of us. Even this photo was taken by a volunteer.
Preparations are well underway now for the annual Volunteers Walk in Rotherham that takes place during Volunteers Week. The walk is a great way to celebrate the fantastic contributions of volunteers across Rotherham, and this year the theme is ‘making a difference-be inspired’. Organised by Voluntary Action Rotherham, the walk starts and finishes at Rotherham Minster and this year is on Thursday 6th June at 12noon. Crisis is one of the partners involved in the planning and preparation for the walk and this year a team of staff and members have been busy volunteering; packing goody bags for the walk participants. The team will also be meeting and greeting participants on the day as they register and as they finish to give them their medals.
We often have volunteer roles as classroom assistants, administrators and more.
Together with homeless people and our supporters, we've achieved real change.
