This toolkit is to help you start your own shared housing project or to help you encourage and reassure others to do so. This builds on emerging best practice in providing shared housing and includes examples and templates.

It is for all organisations delivering or looking to deliver shared housing projects including local authorities and housing associations. It will also be for voluntary sector organisations who work closely with social housing provider partners.

The toolkit was developed in 2015 and updated in 2017.
