About Crisis at Christmas

We mobilise a unique volunteer effort each Christmas to bring warmth, companionship and vital services to people at one of the hardest times of the year, and offer a starting point out of homelessness. This is only made possible through the collective effort and generosity of thousands of volunteers, individuals, community organisations and companies who donate money, time, skills, goods and services.

About The Role 

We are looking for an experienced, friendly and confident volunteer to run drop-in virtual Zoom sessions for our Crisis members. You will be responsible for facilitating discussions on a range of topics along with ensuring the safety of everyone one the call. This role can be carried out remotely.
