About Crisis at Christmas 

Christmas can be very challenging, but particularly for people who do not have a place that they can call home. We mobilise a huge volunteer effort to bring warmth, companionship, and vital services to people at one of the hardest times of the year. We help people take their first steps out of homelessness, offering Crisis’ year-round support and training to help them leave homelessness behind for good.

About the Role

Catering is an absolutely vital service and fresh home-cooked meals are the ultimate way to make our guests feel good and welcomed at Crisis at Christmas. You will peel, chop, stir and serve up hot delicious meals including a traditional Christmas dinner to make our guests feel welcomed and at home.

Skills and experience we are looking for

• You don’t need any experience but you will need a Level 2 Food Safety and Hygiene Certificate. (See additional information) 
• Enthusiasm and willingness to work as a team in fast paced environment. 

Additional information 

Please note, we will require you to have a Level 2 Food Safety Qualification for this role. As we are unable to reimburse the cost of this qualification, please only complete it once you have already submitted your application.
