About Crisis at Christmas

We mobilise a unique volunteer effort each Christmas to bring warmth, companionship and vital services to people at one of the hardest times of the year, and offer a starting point out of homelessness. This is only made possible through the collective effort and generosity of thousands of volunteers, individuals, community organisations and companies who donate money, time, skills, goods and services. 

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Samaritan to support with manning our phone lines in the same building as the delivery service and / or event is operating. Along with supporting any Crisis members who might need a chat over Christmas you will also be handling in-coming calls, triaging them and trouble-shooting any problems.
