Wellbeing challenge

During these challenging times, looking after your wellbeing is really important. Anything that helps you to feel healthy, happy and comfortable, however big or small, can make a difference. Here at Crisis, staff have been participating in the #DaylightChallenge. This is a simple idea, based on the fact that finding time to go outside during the day can be really beneficial for personal wellbeing; helping to relieve stress and boost your mood. This is even more valuable now, as most of us are spending large amounts of time inside.

We know that it’s winter and the weather is not particularly inviting! But we’d like to open up a #WellbeingChallenge to Crisis members. We’d love to see pictures of something that improves your mood - it could be the view from your window, or a screenshot from a film or tv show that makes you laugh - whatever it is, take a photo and send it to enterprise@crisis.org.uk. Let’s create a collection of wellness moments to kickstart 2021.
