Call Centre Team Leader Volunteer
We are looking for an experienced volunteer with a good knowledge of Crisis to man the phone lines in the same building as the delivery service and / or event is operating. You will be handling in-coming calls from Crisis members, triaging them and trouble-shooting any problems. You will support another volunteer on your team who will be a trained Samaritan.

Along with supporting any Crisis members who might need a chat over Christmas you will also be handling in-coming calls, triaging them and trouble-shooting any problems.
