Purchasing Furniture from Crisis is a sustainable way to refresh your home, while helping someone who is homeless move into a home of their own.
These pieces have been worked on by Crisis members in Merseyside, who have taken professional training to learn practical skills in upcycling and restoring furniture to a high standard. This creative opportunity helps people to build confidence, increase employment opportunities and improve physical and
mental health.

“Volunteering at Crisis is the highlight of my week, every week. I get to support a cause that’s important to me alongside the loveliest team of shop managers and local volunteers. It’s empowered me to make an impact in the journey to end homelessness and it’s brought me new friendships and skills along the way.” Mary, volunteer at Shop from Crisis Islington
